Seniors’ End of Year Update

A reminder about your important reminders!

Community Service Hours | Due Immediately
Students must turn in community service hours immediately. If they have not turned in their hours, students will NOT receive their diploma and they will NOT graduate.

Caps and Gowns | Final Wave Walk | May 21
All graduating seniors will pick up caps and gowns for the Final Wave Walk on May 21 at 12:30pm. The Final Wave Walk will take place from 1:45-2:15pm. Seniors will gather near the blue umbrella cafeteria tables at 1:45 to line up and begin walking up campus.

Chromebook Returns | May 24
Chromebook Returns | May 24
Chromebook, cases, and power adapters must be returned by May 24 to Q-501. All stickers must be removed from the Chromebooks prior to returning. All charges must be paid prior to graduation. Students must return Chromebooks before receiving graduation tickets | Details

Last Day for Seniors | May 24*
*If students are taking a virtual course and it is not complete, they will be required to attend school leading up to graduation until the course is finished.

Graduation Rehearsal | May 30, 9:00am | Phillips Center
At rehearsal, students will receive 10 tickets for the graduation ceremony. If students do not attend rehearsal, they will not be allowed to walk at graduation.

Graduation | May 30, 7:00pm | Phillips Center
Students must to arrive by 5:45pm.

Please remind your students that while the year may be winding down, second semester grades can still impact college admissions.
