May 28, 2019It’s the time of year when we start planning to collect all school items and we need your help! This announcement is LONG, but we hope it’s comprehensive and helps streamline the returns process for the end of the year.

Chromebooks
Chromebooks are returned at the end of each school year.
**Please do not return your items prior to completing final computer-based exams. **

Library Books | Seniors, May 24 | Grades 6-11, May 31
All Library books must be returned before students’ last day of school. If you have been notified that you have a library book that has not been returned and you are able to locate the book, please return it to Ms. Koppitch in the Library, or deposit in the green library drop box by N-wing before the last day of school and no library fine will be incurred.

Textbooks | Seniors, May 24 | Grades 6-11, May 31
Please return all textbooks to teachers of the related courses on the day of your final exam. If you forget to bring the book on exam day, please be sure to return all textbooks by Friday, May 24 (seniors), Friday, May 31 (6-11).

Please return all uniforms to your coach, director, or teacher before your last day of school.

Instruments | Middle School, May 28 | High School, May 31
Middle school, return all instruments to Ms. Burg by Tuesday, May 28.
High School, return all instruments (and uniforms) to Ms. Burg on Friday, May 31st after graduation.

Payments
Payments can be made by cash, check (made out to the University of Florida) or by credit card by faxing or mailing in a Credit Card Authorization form. The cashier’s office is open 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday | Details
