Yongesters Faculty Softball Team

In the first game of the season, which we will say did not count, your Yongesters softball team lost 7-4. Mr. Magura hit the hardest ball of the night and made a diving play up the middle. Mr. Mundorf set a FUSSSA assist record making 8 plays. Mrs. Beckett made a catch in the outfield and Mr. Kovach dove and missed a ball that allowed the other team to score 3 runs. At the end of the game Mr. Kovach said sorry, my fault I should have caught it, but Coach Locke stepped in and said, “Well yes, it kind of was. If you caught that ball the game would have ended tied.” Thank you for the truth.
