Good morning! Today is Thursday , August 18th.

The McIntosh Lions Club is looking for volunteers to work in their booth on November 5 at the McIntosh 1890’s Festival. from 9 AM to 2 PM.  If you are interested in earning community service hours through this event, please email Dr. Geiger for more information.

 Science Olympiad registration for 9-12 students is open.  Please pick up the registration forms from Mr. Nadar.

Do you like acting or technical theater? Do you want to meet a great group of high schoolers?  Are you interested in Thespian Club?  Come to the PKY Thespian Club interest meeting, Thursday August 18 at lunch in the Theater room!

Speaking of theater! Our High School fall play this year is AX OF MURDER.  Auditions are August 23rd in the PAC.  Script, audition materials, and audition sign up, are on Canvas and on the school website Thespian page.

There will be an Odyssey of the Mind Interest meeting in Mr. Moody’s room after school today for both High and Middle Schools.  So if you like to think outside the box, come check it out.

 Anyone interested in joining a PK Bowling Club should come to the meeting today at 2:40pm in the 1st floor Green space. There will be information about club play as well as Saturday league play.

PK Yonge Middle and High Schoolers-

Come to our initial interest meeting for the Gaming Club on Monday after school in room 316 (Mr. Lincoln).

Gaming Club will give people opportunities to play many tabletop games, including:

• Board games like Risk, King Domino, or other strategy games
• Collectable Card games like Magic the Gathering or Pokemon
• Other card games like Skull King or Uno
• Role Playing games are also a possibility

We want players of all skills and experience to come and join us!
