Will Eubanks Elected as Florida 4-H State Council Reporter
August 22, 2020P.K. Yonge senior, Will Eubanks, was elected Florida 4-H State Council Reporter in late July. During the 2020-2021 year, he will represent 200,000 youth from across Florida. His goals for the year include providing connections to all members through a news show, newsletter, and social media.
Will has been a 4-H member since he was 5 years old and has competed and placed nationally with his 4-H forestry team, served as a Florida delegate to national and international events, and has taught environmental science classes throughout the Southeast. Will’s passion is residential camp where he has attended as a camper and counselor for 9 years. He plans to major in forestry in college and hopes to work as a camp naturalist.
4-H is the nation’s largest youth development organization with more than 6.5 million young people across America. 4-H is a non-formal, practical educational program for youth that provides hands-on educational programs and experiences for youth ages 5-18 through a diverse portfolio of project areas.
