The Florida Department of Health in Alachua County (DOH-Alachua) is accepting COVID-19 vaccination appointments for children ages 5-11. Appointments can be made by calling 352-334-8810 and will be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning Monday, November 15, 2021. Drive-Up Vaccination Clinic at the University of Florida for Children Ages 5-11 | Nov. 17
The University of Florida has scheduled a drive-up COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for children ages 5-11 on Wednesday, November 17 from 2p – 6p at the Phillips Center Parking Garage. This is a collaboration event between the UF Health’s Screen, Test & Protect Program and The Florida Department of Health in Alachua County (DOH-Alachua)
