Good morning, Blue Wave. Today is Thursday, March 1st and it is an A Day!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Congratulations to PKY’s undefeated Varisty Baseball Team for their 25-10 defeat over Eastside High School yesterday.

All Varsity Tennis players meet right after school outside the cafeteria for team pictures.

MS Baseball team should be released at 2 PM today.

Do you think you have talent? Want to show the community your skills? Are you the next PK Idol? Polish up your act and take it to the stage here in the PAC on March 7th! Space is limited, see Ms. Snyder to sign up TODAY! You could be crowned the next PK Idol!

There will be a pep bus for the Boys Basketball Team on Wednesday, March 7th to support them in the State Semi-Final game. The first 38 kids who bring $13 to sign up with Coach Barrett will be allowed to go on the bus to Lakeland. The bus will depart PKY at 7 AM and return around 4 PM.

We are proud of our Girls Varsity Basketball Team making it all the way to the State Semi-Finals. Although the outcome is not what they hoped, we celebrate their amazing season and the way they represented us in Lakeland. We love you, Lady Wave!

Are you interested in participating in March for Our Lives in Washington, DC? Ask your first and fourth period teacher how you can help fund raise. And contact Rokhy Seck or Mr. Miller by Friday is you are interested in going!

Attention students, faculty & staff: Please mark your calendars for March 16th 7 PM for the Basketball Cop Foundation’s 3rd Annual High School Allstar game being held at Buchholz High School. Come cheer on our own Allstars – Tony Garner and Will Banks – as they attempt to beat the cops for a third straight year. The cops team is pretty confident this year, so our guys could use your support.
