Senior Update | May 6 Deadline for Lots of Things!

Greetings Families of P.K. Class of 2021 Seniors

It’s the final countdown! Below please read carefully for things that seniors need to do before May 6th and some important information.

What do seniors need to do? When? By MAY 6th!

• Senior Graduation Contract – words to be read at graduation
• Senior Exit Surveys – must be completed to receive your Cap & Gown
• Final Transcript Request – submit to records@pky.ufl.edu
• Clear all debts – must be cleared to receive your diploma. Contact: cashier@pky.ufl.edu
• Vote for Graduation EMCEE
• 75 Community Service Hours – submit to mflinchum@pky.ufl.edu
• Senior Project completed – contact khaasmoskowitz@pky.ufl.edu
• Permission Slip for Water Day – submit: mkoppitch@pky.ufl.edu/ mainoffice@pky.ufl.edu
• Senior Profile Completed! Search your GoogleDrive for a document titled: P.K. Yonge | Senior Profile | Your Name or contact khaasmoskowitz@pky.ufl.edu

Seniors who complete the above by MAY 6th, will have two fun opportunities!

Important Information

• Prom – Sat., May 8th from 8pm-midnight @ P.K. Yonge
  • Purchase tickets: Prom Ticket Purchase Form + payment at the Business Office.
  • Tickets available: Wed., April 28 -Tue., May 4.

  • Not required
• Caps & Gowns will be distributed on Final Wave Walk Day – Tue., May 25. Caps & Gown will be provided at no cost. Exit Survey must be completed and dues must be paid to receive Caps & Gowns.
• Painting over parking spots – Sat., May 22.
  Seniors who painted a parking space this year, must paint over them on this day from 9 am – noon. Black paint will be provided. Students must bring their own painting equipment (brushes, pans, etc.).
• Graduation Rehearsal Citizens Field, May 27, 9am
  Attendance is mandatory. Tickets for graduation will be given to students at rehearsal. Each student will receive 8 tickets. Students who do not attend rehearsal will not receive tickets and may not attend Graduation.
• Graduation – Citizens Field, May 27, 7pm – Class of 2021 seniors arrive at 6pm

May 10 … Senior Awards (6pm, Zoom)
May 20 … Senior Exams – Second & Fourth Period Classes
May 21 … Senior Exams – First & Third Period Classes
May 24 … Students attend 1, 2, 3 period* | Lunch → Water Day – BBQ lunch provided
May 25 … Campus Activities, Cap & Gown Distribution, Final Wave Walk – lunch provided
May 26 … Senior Project Day (12-4pm) – families welcome – stay tuned for more details
May 27 … 9am Graduation Rehearsal Citizens Field (lunch on own), 6pm Arrival Time for Seniors, 7pm Graduation at Citizens Field
