Secondary Program Options 2021
December 16, 2020We have received approval from the Florida Department of Education to continue providing both on-campus and off-campus (VirtuallyPK) options for all P.K. Yonge students for the spring semester.
Families may choose for students to return to campus for face-to-face instruction OR for students to transition off-campus for instruction through VirtuallyPK.
Secondary on-campus students follow their class schedules, meet face-to-face with their assigned teachers, and complete coursework in Canvas. Secondary off-campus students follow their class schedules, attend class sessions with their assigned teachers in Zoom, and complete coursework in Canvas.
Please submit the Secondary Program Choice Form to make your selection.
Deadline: Sunday, December 13, 5:30pm
Proposed Change Timelines for Secondary Students
1 — January 5 – when we return from winter break
2 — January 20 – the start of second semester
For learners who are not making adequate progress, we strongly recommend that families choose the on-campus option. Should families of students experiencing academic challenges decide that on-campus is not an option under current circumstances, additional paperwork will be required for families to formalize an off-campus choice.
