If you have already submitted your choice, there is no need to submit the form again.

If you wish to alter your original selection, please submit P.K. Yonge Fall 2020 Instructional Program Choice again.

Families will receive confirmation of their selection by Thursday, July 23. Options: OFF campus, ON campus, or Florida Virtual School
