Labor Day | Tropical Storm Update

A reminder that Monday, September 2 is a holiday (Labor Day) for students, staff, and faculty. Campus will be closed. We wish everyone a safe long weekend.

Tropical Storm Dorian

P.K. Yonge is keeping informed of the progress of Tropical Storm Dorian through close contact with the University of Florida.

Should the impact of Tropical Storm Dorian impact the school schedule next week, communications will be sent to families via phone, email, and text. Announcements will be posted on the website (https://pkyonge.ufl.edu) and shared via Facebook.

A reminder that P.K. Yonge follows the lead of the University of Florida regarding closures and re-opening. We are not part of the Alachua County School District, and do not follow district decisions often informed by disruptions to bus routes, access to power, and their need to provide storm shelters.
