Kindergarten – 5th Grade | Item Returns & Pick-Up (June 1,2)
May 30, 2020We request that all Kindergarten-5th Grade families come to campus to return items including Chromebooks, library books, band instruments, and textbooks, and pick up personal items, yearbooks, and projects left on campus before Spring Break.
As our collection process will be touch-free, we are unable to issue invoices or receipts at the time of collection. Inspection of equipment will take place approximately one week after return. Charges for missing or damaged equipment will be issued by the cashier at that time.
We recommend families take photos of equipment at the collection site if there is concern about the time delay between collection, inspection, and invoicing.
CLOTH cases must be removed from devices and discarded in bins provided at the collection site.
PLASTIC cases stay on devices when returned.

Times:
2pm –> Students with last names A-F
3pm –> Students with last names G-M
4pm –>Students with last names N-S
5pm –> Students with last names T-Z
Procedure
Cars enter through the main gate and will be directed to the south parking lot. When in the parking lot please park your car and follow directions from P.K. Yonge staff. Families must remain in vehicles until directed by a P.K. Yonge staff member to begin the item return and pick-up process.
Masks and Social Distancing
Based on guidance released from the University of Florida, masks or cloth face coverings are required on the UF and P.K. Yonge campus unless a 6ft distance may be maintained between individuals, both indoors and outdoors. If unable to maintain this social distance, visitors may be asked to put on masks or face coverings or to leave the area.
