Yonge Families — This time of year always comes with excitement about the summer and a little sadness about closing out another school year AND with quite a few details to keep track of. Please see below for information regarding early dismissal, Chromebook, textbook, library book and musical instrument returns, medication pick-up and how to avoid dues and charges

Off-Campus Student Chromebook + Materials Returns, Senior Instrument Returns
For off-campus students, K-5th and 6th-11th grade, all school issued devices and materials must be returned on Friday, May 28 in front of the Performing Arts Center between 7:00 and 11:00am and 4:00 and 6:00pm. Materials to be returned include but are not limited to school-issued Chromebooks, chargers, calculators, hotspot devices, textbooks, and other non-consumable materials.

Chromebook Returns
Seniors May 26 | On-Campus 6-11 May 27 | Off-Campus (all) May 2
For Chromebooks not returned, charges will be placed on students’ accounts. Seniors who do not return Chromebooks will not be able to walk at graduation.
Seniors return Chromebooks on May 26 after senior research presentations
For on-campus students 6th-11th grade, Chromebooks returns will be scheduled before the end of the school day on Thursday, May 27, the last day of school. Students must return their Chromebooks and chargers. Please plan to pick your student up at 11:30.

Additional Returns/Pick Up/Avoiding Charges
Instrument Returns: Middle School Thursday, May 27, Seniors May 28 Return
Middle school students, please return instruments to the Band Room by Thursday, May 27 Graduating seniors, please return your instrument to Mr. Marski on Friday, May 28. Damaged or lost instrument? Medication Pick-Up
Any student medication in the P.K. Yonge clinic must be picked up before the last day of school. To pick up medication, please check in at the Main Office Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri. before 3pm and Wednesdays before 1:30pm. Medication that is not picked up by Thursday, May 27 at 3pm will be discarded.
Textbooks
On-Campus Students – Please return all textbooks to teachers of the related courses on the day of the final exam. If a student is unable to return a book on exam day, please be sure to return all textbooks by Thursday, May 27. Off-Campus Students – Please return textbooks to the PAC on Friday, May 28 from 7 am -11am or from 4pm – 6pm.
How to Avoid Dues/Charges
Families may avoid dues or charges by returning all school issued items. Dues or charges may be incurred if school-issued items have not been returned or have been damaged.
Library Books
All library books must be returned before the last day of school. If you have been notified that you have a library book that has not been returned and you are able to locate the book, please return it before the last day of school to avoid a fine. On-campus students, return books to the Main Office. Off-campus students return books to the PAC on Friday, May 28 from 7 am -11am or from 4pm – 6pm. Unable to locate the book and return it?
