Flu Shot Clinic – Feb 27

Blue Wave Families,

A Second Influenza Vaccination Clinic will occur on February 27^th, 2018. The event will be held by the Alachua County Health Department. All P.K. Yonge students and staff who have NOT already had a flu shot are encouraged to participate.

Please provide written consent by returning the Flu Shot Consent forms.
