Flu Mist Clinic – September 25

Our yearly FluMist clinic will take place on September 25. Please find attached a digital copy of the FluMist form. On-campus students will also receive a paper copy of the form.

ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS

OFF-CAMPUS STUDENTS
Off-campus families should first seek to receive FluMist from their family healthcare provider. If a family’s healthcare provider is unable to provide FluMist for a student, there is an opportunity for off-campus students to receive FluMist on September 25.
