Elementary (K-5) Device and Resource Pick-Up 3.16 & 3.17
March 15, 2020As we continue to monitor changing circumstances in our state, we are making efforts to plan for a number of different possibilities.
With that in mind, instructional devices and resources will be available to elementary families (K-5) for check out from 2-6pm on Monday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 17 in the South Parking Lot in front of the Gym.
Devices and resources for elementary students are NOT designed for use during our extended Spring Break. (March 16-27). Please place the device and resources in a safe place for use after Spring Break should we begin remote instruction on March 30.
We will be in communication with all P.K. families prior to March 30 regarding post Spring Break instructional plans.
Device and Resource Pick-Up will begin at the times listed for families in the following categories. Please make every effort to come at the time listed below. Know that if you are unable to come during the designated time frame, your device and resources will still be available.

WHEN: Monday, March 16
2pm –> Students with last names A-F
3pm –> Students with last names G-M
4pm –>Students with last names N-S
5pm –> Students with last names T-Z
WHEN: Tuesday, March 17
2pm –> Students with last names A-F
3pm –> Students with last names G-M
4pm –>Students with last names N-S
5pm –> Students with last names T-Z
WHERE: South Parking Lot in Front of the Gym
You will be provided directions at the Front Gate.
HOW: Drive-Through
As you drive through the south parking lot and pass in front of the Gym, you will be provided forms to sign and resources and a device will be handed to you before you exit.
