COVID Testing @ PK – Reminder
October 14, 2020We are rapidly approaching the end of data collection for this round of research on COVID-19 at PKY, but there is still time to sign up!
Registration for testing is open until 12:00 noon on Friday.
After that, the system will close and will no longer accept appointments. To learn more about how the data from this study are being used, check out this article: UF study examines effect of pandemic on children and households
How to sign up:
If your child has not participated before, follow this link: https://pkyc.ctsi.ufl.edu/ to register.
If your child has participated (April and/or June), you should have received an email from the research team. If not, contact them at pkcovid19@epi.ufl.edu.
If you are a household/family member who has participated, you too should have received an email from the research team to sign up. All you have to do is follow that link and indicate “yes”; then just show up with your student participant at their appointment time.
If you are a household/family member who has not participated, you simply show up at the time of your student participant’s appointment, and we will consent/register you onsite.
Finally, if you are not interested in your child or family being tested but would to contribute to research on the psychosocial impact of COVID-19 on students, you may register your child and complete the survey at https://pkyc.ctsi.ufl.edu/. When prompted to make an appointment, you can simply skip that final question.
