Clinic: End of Year Medication Pick-up

As the end of the school year approaches, this is a reminder to pick up all medications from the clinic. P.K. Yonge requires all medication to be picked up by parents or guardians only. No medication will be sent home in the student’s backpack or given to the student by hand to take home (with the exception of Epi Pens/inhalers).
Medications not picked up by a parent or guardian by the last day of school will be discarded.
All new medications must be supplied for the new school year. Please remember that a copy of the Medication Authorization Form must also be submitted at the beginning of the next school year. For additional clinic information, please visit the Clinic page on our website.
