Chromebook + Materials Pick-Up K-12August 17, 2020
Chromebooks and paper-based materials will be available for pick up based on the schedule below. All secondary students will pick up devices. Off-campus elementary students (only) pick up devices and materials. On-campus elementary students don’t need to pick up devices or materials.
Please note specific dates and times and read all details carefully.
Copies of the Code of Student Conduct will be provided and Policy Agreements will be signed at Chromebook and materials pick-up. The Code of Conduct and other school policies (Attendance, Acceptable Use of Technology, Chromebook, etc.) are available for review on the Policies and Publications page.
If you are new-to-P.K. (in any grade level), please complete the Technology Needs Survey. If you were selected to attend after July 10, Chromebooks and paper-based materials will be available for pick-up on August 20.

8th Grade – August 18

On campus elementary students do not need to pick up devices or materials.
Time Schedule for Pick-Up Days
Last Names A – F = 9:00am – 10:00am
Last Names G – L = 10:00am – 11:00am
Last Names M – S = 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Last Names T – Z = 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Families with more than one P.K. Yonge student may come to pick up devices and materials on the day assigned for the youngest student. For example, a family whose youngest student is in 6th grade would pick up for all students on August 19. If the youngest student is in Kindergarten – 3rd grade, the date would be August 21.
Important Pick-Up Procedures
– Pick-up will take place at the Performing Arts Center
– Directions will be provided when parents/guardians arrive on campus.
– Parents/Guardians will park and walk to the Performing Arts Center.
– Devices/log-in information and procedures will be checked with families
– Forms will be provided and once signed, families may take the Chromebook home.
Please bring and wear a face covering! All visitors to campus must wear a face-covering indoors at all times and when unable to remain 6 feet away from others.Back to Announcements >
