Important Reminders

Campus Office Hours and Student Supervision | Details
Campus is open Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
Student supervision is provided:
7:30am – 2:45pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
7:30am – 2:10pm on Wednesday

Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up | Details
— Gates are opened for student pick-up 30 min prior to the end of the school day.
— Elementary students waiting for pick up in the Front Office after 2:45pm (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) 1:00pm (Wed) will not be released to cars parked in the Front Circle without being signed out by an adult.
— When dropping off secondary students in the south lot by the gym, we ask that drivers not park in student parking spaces. Student spaces are limited, and short-term parking of this type negatively impacts traffic flow in the south lot.

Students Parking on Campus | Student Parking
— Students planning to drive to school and park in the student parking lot are required to apply for a student parking permit. Permits must be displayed and students must park in designated parking spaces. If spaces are not available in the student lot by the gym, students must park in the north (gravel) lot.

Family Reminders
— All visitors to P.K. Yonge, including family members of P.K. Yonge students, must come to the Front Office, check in using a State ID (e.g. Drivers Licence), and receive a yellow ID sticker. When leaving campus, visitors must return their yellow ID stickers to the Front Office.
— Food Deliveries – Lunch may be dropped off at the Front Office in the event that a student forgets lunch. Purchased meals from outside vendors (Pizza, Chick-Fil-A, etc.) may not be delivered to students on campus by food delivery services or by family members. Food deliveries for students, other than those in a regular lunchbox, will be refused at the Front Office and returned.
