Good morning, Blue Wave. Today is Wednesday, March 20. 

Women’s History Month

Feminist Club will be highlighting influential women for the rest of March. Marie Curie was a French physicist and chemist who conducted groundbreaking research on radioactivity. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the first person to win two Nobel Prizes. 

Make sure to stop by Feminist Club’s table at lunch on Tuesday, March 26th or Wednesday, March 27th to purchase a flower gram to be delivered to a woman or girl you love that Friday. All proceeds will go to charity. 

College & Career Night

Attention 6th-12th Grade Students – You are invited to College & Career Night on Thursday, March 21, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the cafeteria and secondary building.

During the event, students can fill out College & Career Night Passport Cards. The first 25 students who visit 10 tables or presentations and get their passport card stamped will be entered for a prize.

UNICEF Water Walk

Join UNICEF at their Water Walk is this Thursday after school. Please report to Mrs. Santiago’s class L-356. Please remember to bring your water gallon. 

Student Government

Hey PK! Are you interested in hosting school dances, planning spirit weeks, and being a leader in your school? You may want to join student government! Stop by Mr. Kovach’s open area on March 19th and 21st after school for a Student Government Interest Meeting! We’ll see you there!
