Congrats Girls Tennis

Congratulations to the girls tennis team for their win yesterday in their first game of the season against Oak Hall. And congratulations to Addie Driscoll for being the player of the game with her  8-0 win in singles and 8-0 win  in doubles with Grace Kireta.

Good luck to the girls when they play Seven rivers this Thursday at Westside at 4pm. 

Congrats Boys Tennis

Congratulations to the boys varsity tennis team for their win to open the season against Gainesville high school last night, with a 7-0 sweep. The JV tennis team also played and lost a close match to GHS JV. The varsity team plays today against Stanton prep In Jacksonville.

Counselor Appreciation Week 

It’s counselor appreciation week! We are so grateful for our wonderful school counselors! When you see them this week, please let them know how much you appreciate them.

Test Prep Tutoring 

Hey 11th and 12th Graders, Are you registered for a March 2025 SAT? We are offering free SAT Test Prep Tutoring on February 20, February 27, and March 6 from 4-6:00 pm.  Sign up at the QR code on the flyers. 

Candy Grams

Candy Grams for middle and high school will be sold at lunches for $2. They will be delivered Valentine’s Day. Come buy yourself or that special sweetheart a candy gram! You can also buy them in Dr. Bolejack’s classroom during lunches in 3rd Floor Blue.

Pre-Collegiate Club

Attention Pre-Collegiate Members:  We will meet THURSDAY during lunch in the first-floor commons to discuss our next trip to UCF in Orlando.  This trip will be on Wednesday, February 12th on the E-Learning Day.  Permission slips will be handed out at the meeting and are due back by next Tuesday; if you want to insure your spot, get your permission slip early from the front office or from Ayrin King or Ginai Slater.  If you have any questions, see Ayrin King, Marina Freeman, or Dr. Geiger.

Senior Merch

Now that you’ve seen the senior shirts, do you regret not ordering earlier? You’re in luck! The sales will be open until Friday, Feb. 7th. Scan the QR codes posted in senior classrooms and common areas to buy yours today. 

Valentine’s Dance

Attention high school! Student Government and National Honors Society are hosting a Valentine’s dance Friday, February 7th, 7:00pm to 10:00pm in the courtyard. The dance is for high school only. Cost is $15 until 1/31, $20 until 2/6, and $25 at the door. Ticketing information can be found on flyers around campus or in the PKY Student Government instagram page. Can’t wait to see you there!

Grad Bash

Grad Bash is here! Here are a few important things you need to know:

  • P.K. will be going on Saturday, April 5th.
  • We will leave P.K. at 4 p.m. and return the next morning at 4:30 a.m.
  • Cost is $150/student and includes travel by charter bus. 
  • This is a special event, so season passes are not accepted.
  • There are 2 forms that must be signed by your parent/guardian and returned to the business office when you purchase your ticket.  You will NOT be allowed to go without these signed forms.
  • The forms are available in the main office and also posted here – Permission Slip, Expectations Contract, Dress Code.
  • Tickets go on sale Thursday, February 1st, and are due Friday, February 14th. We have to submit our ticket order to Universal, so late orders cannot be accepted.
  • The business office will be accepting payments M-F at 7:30-9 am, and 1:40-2:13 pm. You may pay with check or credit card.
