Announcements – Wednesday, August 14
August 14, 2024Good morning, Blue Wave. Today is Wednesday, August 14th.
Morning Procedures
Here are some clarifications and tweaks to our morning procedures:
6th and 7th Grade Students, remember if you are having school breakfast, report to the cafeteria. When you are finished eating, move to the front of the school near the metal sculptures to wait for the start of the school day. If you are not eating breakfast, you will immediately go to the front area outside the main office where the metal sculptures are.
The first bell will ring at 8:55; this is the signal for grades 6 & 7 to enter the building. 6 & 7 graders will enter through the main office doors – closest to Mrs. V’s desk.
Grade 8-12 students, you will wait in the cafeteria area each morning before school. You can enter through either the mosaic doors or the main office doors at 9:05 so that you can get to class by 9:10.
Student drivers – as you enter by the guard shack, you will make a left and proceed through the PAC parking lot to the north lot. Please be aware that traffic changes directions in the elementary circle after 8:30 am. Watch out for other drivers as you cross into the north lot and be aware of our littlest Blue Wave and their families on campus.
At 9:00 AM, all high school drivers should make their way from the top parking lot to the secondary building. No one should be in the parking lot after 9:00 AM.
After 6th-7th grade lunch, 6th grade students line up at the mosaic doors and 7th grade students need to line up at the main doors by the main office.
