Good morning, Blue Wave.  Today is Wednesday, May 2nd and it is an A Day!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Today is V Day, which is vocabulary day.  Dress up like a word you’ve learned this year or wear a vest. Tomorrow is U Day.  Be sure to wear UF gear or something from your favorite University or dress like a Unicorn.

Health Smart Tip of the DayEat a healthy snack between 30 minutes to 2 hours before exercising. Some good snack options are whole grain toast with peanut or almond butter, whole grain crackers with hummus, a banana, or a low-fat cheese stick with carrots. This will give you the energy to exercise without making you feel “too full”.

Attention PKY students, this week is your last chance to pre-order a yearbook. Please visit the business page of the PKY website to order a copy today. All pre-ordered copies will be distributed May 7 & 8. Any remaining copies will then be sold to those who have not pre-ordered. Don’t miss out!!!
