High School Science Olympiad will meet on Thursday October 4th in Mrs. Sheppard’s room
The College Information and Readiness Club, or CIRC, is hosting an SAT study session on Thursday 10-4 in Mr. Lemstrom’s room after school. All students taking the Saturday SAT are welcome to visit.
The Rosa Rabell scholarship application is DUE by October 12, 2018 before 12:00 pm. See Mrs. Santiago for more information.
Mu Alpha Theta will meet Friday October 5th during lunch in Mr. Bice’s room (M-348). All students who completed Geometry and excel in math are welcome to attend.

Registration for the PSAT has begun. The PSAT will be given Wednesday, October 10th at the Reitz Union on UF campus. The PSAT is the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship. All sophomores will be given the test free of charge and will not need to register. 11th and 9th grade students may take the test for a fee of $30. Waivers are available for students in need of financial assistance. Sign-up is in the business office. There are limited seats. The deadline is Thursday, October 4th, 2018.
There will be an informational meeting and fitting for any varsity athlete that would like to purchase a letterman’s jacket on Thursday, October 11th in the gym lobby directly after school.
