Announcements – Wed., Feb. 8

February 8, 2023

Good morning! Today is Wednesday, February 8th.  BLACK HISTORY FACT! Mary McLeod Bethune was an educator and activist, serving as president of the National Association of Colored Women and founding the National Council of Negro Women.

Did you know that school counseling is 100-plus years old. Starting as vocation guidance in the early 1900s, school counseling has shifted from a job position to a service and finally to an organized K-12 school-wide program that improves outcomes for all students. Today, school counselors are highly educated, professionally certified individuals who help students succeed in school and plan their career. Thanks for lifting us up!  We appreciate you-Mrs. Bogart, Mrs. Walker, and Mrs. McElroy.

Come see Godspell! Prepare ye for the timeless tale of friendship, loyalty and love constructed as a group of parables based on the Gospel of Matthew and filled with favorite songs such as “Day by Day” and “We Beseech Thee” this a joyous celebration of friendship, love and devotion to high ideals. GODSPELL is a show for everyone. The show runs from Wednesday, February 15th -Saturday, February 18th. All at 7pm
