After the pledge, stay tuned for the Blue Wave Radio Call-in show. Be the 7th caller to answer the trivia question correctly and you will win a prize for your first period class. Be sure to listen for the correct extension to dial. It is a different extension number every day.
The PK Yonge Key Club is collecting canned and nonperishable foods in a Winter Food Drive. Drop-off Boxes will be located at the top and bottom circles. Please help us collect food for Gainesville’s hungry families! The drive will end TOMORROW. Put a reminder on your phone!
Seniors! If you want to walk for graduation, fill out the cap and gown form. Go to the high school counseling canvas page and click the recent announcement. This is due before Friday, December 18.
There will be a Black Student Union meeting TODAY at 1:35, right after school, in Mr. Courtney’s classroom and via his zoom link, which is visible on the posted announcements on the website: https://ufl.zoom.us/j/3331451415.
9th through 12th grade students. Please pay attention to this message about your spring schedule. If you have an issue taking an AP course, a hole in your schedule, or don’t believe you have the adequate pre-requisites for a spring class, please fill out the counselor request form no later than Friday, December 18th. Any other schedule requests made for a general preference or made after Dec 18th time period will not be honored. If we do not meet with you before break, we will make sure to meet with you before your spring classes start on Jan. 20th.
