Good morning! Today is Wednesday, March 30th.

Teachers, please excuse JV & Varsity baseball players at 12:25 today.  Baseball players, grab lunch from the cafeteria if you need it, then head up to the bus.

 Your Yongesters softball team made it 4 weeks in a row winning 17 to 4 last night. Here are some of the highlights,

-The Doctor Duo of Bainter and Mundorf turned a double play.

-Mr. “King Charles the 6th” Commeret set another F.U.S.S.S.A. record with 6 strikeouts.

-Mr. Marski added multiple hits that were sweet like Robert Johnson on the guitar.

-Mr. Locke was collecting hits like they were Chromebooks on the last day of school.

-And a special shout out to the PK student cheering squad for their support and chanting throughout the game.

The Hispanic Honor Society will meet again on Wednesday, April 6.

The Global Awareness club will meet again on Thursday, April 7.

Unicef will meet again on Friday, April 8.

Seniors – Very Important end of the year and senior project presentation information is listed in the senior newsletter, and in the senior canvas course. Please check them regularly to not miss out!

Seniors! Looking to graduate? Remember your Volunteer Hours are due April 1! Please make sure you document, save a copy, and submit your hours to the front office. You can find the forms in the front office as well.

Do you want to be a member of the National Honor Society? 10th and 11th graders who meet certain GPA requirements are eligible to apply. Please check your Canvas Inbox for an invitation to apply for the NHS from Mr. Chambliss. Applications are due on Friday, April 15th. See Ms. Roach with questions.

 They say,  “Life is a cabaret”, so come and see ours!

PKY Performing Arts will present an evening Cabaret show on APRIL 1st. Tickets are on sale on the school website and the Hometown tickets app. Come see a variety of great performances and support your friends and classmates as they feature their talents in our Cabaret!
