Are you a fan of fantasy, creating worlds filled with huge creatures, and collecting trading cards? If so, then Magic the Gathering club might be right for you. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday right after school in Mr. Del Riego’s room on the Second floor Green Wing Room 236. Whether it’s complicated strategies or massive army payoffs Magic the Gathering is a game for everyone. Decks are provided, as well as lessons on how to play, but if you’re an experienced player feel free to bring your own. So, join us after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Second Floor Green Wing room 236 for Magic the Gathering Club.”
Congratulations to the following members of the Blue Wave swim team who made the Gainesville Sun’s all-area teams. All-area second team include Brandon Jeong, Benjamin Wolking and Abbie McGovern. First team all-area include Lex Fetko, Joseph Pyon, Gwen Shahboz and Laci Herron. And Congratulations to the Gainesville Sun’s female swimmer of the year Lillie Nesty and the women’s coach of the year Kara Dawson. It was a great year for the Bluewave Swim team.
Congratulations to the varsity boys soccer team who defeated Newberry 4-0 last night in the district semi-final. Good luck Thursday night versus Trinity Catholic in the district final.
