Good morning! Today is Wednesday, January 26th.

Our first UNICEF meeting will be this Friday, January 28th at Mrs.  Santiago classroom. L-356. Please join us and learn about the work of UNICEF worldwide.

Middle School students- are you interested in engineering?  UF Engineering Students will be leading some activities with interested middle school students tomorrow after school from 230-330.  Please let Mrs. Fab know if you plan to attend!

Congratulations to the middle school girls basketball team who defeated Lake Butler Middle school 41-29 in the tournament semi-final last night. Good luck Thursday in the final.

Congratulations to the middle school boys basketball team who defeated Interlachen middle school 27-26 in the tournament semi-final last night. Good luck Thursday in the final.

The Young Scholars Program is a six-week residential science and mathematics summer program for Florida high school students with significant potential for STEM careers. Application and recommendations deadline is on February 15, 2022. For program eligibility information, visit their website at https://ysp.osta.fsu.edu. Seniors. Cap and gown portraits will be taken here at PK on January 31st and is the only time they will be taken. There is no fee, cap and gowns will be provided and it is recommended that guys wear a white dress shirt and dark tie while the ladies should wear a V-neck top.

Thespians! Meet us tomorrow at 6:30 at the Hippodrome for “As You Like It”. Show finishes at 9:15.

We would like to ask every senior who received a superlative to meet us in the commons area to get your picture taken with your partner. We will be taking pictures Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Please wear specific clothing to your superlative or bring appropriate props if needed. Contact Jillian Freeze or A’shawna Smith if you won’t be able to make it any of these days.
