Remember that tomorrow (Wednesday) is the PSAT day.  Students taking the exam should receive direction through their English classes either yesterday or today.

There will be a meeting of the Black Student Union after school TODAY in Mr. Miller’s room.  Please bring your signed contract if you haven’t already turned it in to Mrs. Koppitch.

There will be a Marine Science Club meeting today during lunch in Ms. Andrews’ room (O-362).  All students who plan to come on the Keys trip should attend this meeting. Please be prompt.

High school American Sign Language club meets today during lunch in Mr. Moody’s room.

High school Art club meets today after school in Mr. Moody’s room until 4pm.

There is a China Interest Meeting for Students and their families on Thursday, October 11th at 5:30pm in the DaVinci Studio on the Second Floor of the Elementary Building. Join us to hear about our planned visit to our partner school in China in November of 2019. Contact Ms. Henderson in the Front Office if you have questions!

All 7th and 8th graders in the National Junior Honor Society should bring their lunch to Mrs. Beckett’s room, I-109, this Thursday, October 11, for a meeting. We are planning our booth for the carnival so come see what you can do to help.

Seniors – if you are NOT in Mr. Fabulich’s government class and would like to attend the field trip next week to the UF libraries for Senior Project research, please see Mrs. Koppitch as soon as possible for a permission slip.

The Rosa Rabell scholarship application is DUE by October 12, 2018 before 12:00 pm.  See Mrs. Santiago for more information.

There will be an informational meeting and fitting for any varsity athlete that would like to purchase a letterman’s jacket on Thursday, October 11th in the gym lobby directly after school.

Reminder: Flu Mist will be administered on Friday morning this week. All faculty and staff should plan to arrive before 11 AM. Nurse Brittany will send passes for students.

Middle School Soccer students should report to Mr. De Leon’s classroom by 2:30 today.  Practice is from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.
