October 23, 2018

Today is Tuesday , October 23rd and it is a B Day.

This Friday is Senior Night for the Blue Wave Football Team. To celebrate, the Student Council would like to have a whiteout! On Friday, October 26, everyone should wear white not only at the football game that evening, but at school throughout the day as well. We will have a pep rally on Friday and we can’t wait to see everyone there in their all-white clothing, accessories, and gear!

From Coach De Leon:
Unfortunately, I will be out Monday and Tuesday due to a professional travel commitment. Middle school soccer tryouts will be Wednesday (2-4pm) and Thursday (2:30-4pm) on the football field. Students, please meet me there and make sure to bring the following:

  • Size 5 ball
  • Cleats
  • Shin guards
  • Comfortable clothes
  • A water bottle with plenty of water

Again,  tryouts for both the boys and girls middle school soccer teams will be on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Attention Middle School Kindness club members and friends:
We will have a meeting this Wednesday during lunch.  If you are entering the design competition for the 4th mural, remember to bring your design to the meeting.  We will meet by the blue table cloth covered tables. See you soon!

There will be a Black Student Union meeting after school today in Mr. Miller’s room. We will be voting on this year’s theme.  If you have another theme you’d like to suggest, please tell Mrs. Koppitch before the end of school today so she can get it on the agenda.

If you forgot to pick up the pot you painted at Carnival, you can find it in N-382, Dr. Breil’s room, until the end of this week.

There will be a Marine Science Club meeting in Mrs.  Andrews’ room during high school lunch. All members, please plan to attend!
