October 2, 2018Today is Tuesday, October 2nd and it is a B Day.
Today is the Blood Drive. Everyone giving blood must bring their photo ID. Remember that you must have permission from your teacher before you can leave class.
High School Science Olympiad will not meet TODAY after school. Our next meeting will be Thursday October 4th in Mrs. Sheppard’s room.
The middle school Science Olympiad team will not meet this Thursday. We will only meet TODAY this week.
Key Club will meet today during high school lunch in Ms. Andrews’ room (O-362). All members, please plan to attend, and please be prompt.
The Rosa Rabell scholarship application is DUE by October 12, 2018 before 12:00 pm. See Mrs. Santiago for more information.
Registration for the PSAT has begun. The PSAT will be given Wednesday, October 10th at the Reitz Union on UF campus. The PSAT is the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship. All sophomores will be given the test free of charge and will not need to register. 11th and 9th grade students may take the test for a fee of $30. Waivers are available for students in need of financial assistance. Sign-up is in the business office. There are limited seats. The deadline is Thursday, October 4th, 2018.
There will be an informational meeting and fitting for any varsity athlete that would like to purchase a letterman’s jacket on Thursday, October 11th in the gym lobby directly after school.
