Our first social event of the year will be attending the show, MURDER FOR TWO at the Hippodrome Theatre in Gainesville on September 23rd. Make sure you have your ticket money to Ms. Snyder no later than September 17th!

Homecoming week is just around the corner. High Tide will be on Thursday September 30th followed by the game versus Santa Fe on Friday October 1st. The homecoming dance will take place after the game. Get a pedicure, get hair done. We want to see you at your most magnificent and luxurious.
Middle School Art Club will NOT meet this Thursday. Our next meeting will be on September 23.
Students who will be taking the FSA, ELA Writing and Reading Retake exam will be testing over 3 separate days: Thursday, September 16; Tuesday, September 21; and Thursday, September 23. Students are to report to 1st Floor Blue at 8:00 am for testing. Testing should end for most students by 10:00 am with extended time running until 11:30 am. Students are to bring their Chromebook and charger for testing. Chromebooks should be fully charged.
There will be a short meeting for anybody interested in playing for the Boys Middle School basketball team in the cafeteria, Thursday right after school. The meeting will start at 2:40 and end at 3:00. Even if you’re playing another sport currently, still come to the meeting if you think you might want to play this year, it will be very short.
The next NJHS meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept 15 during middle school lunch. Find Mrs. Fab outside as we start brainstorming service projects for this year.

Need community service hours? Key Club is a service club that makes earning your hours fun! P. K. Yonge Key Club will hold its first meeting of the year today during high school lunch. We will meet at the benches around the big tree by the secondary building. Hope to see you there!
Picture day is on Monday, September 27th. Everybody needs to take a picture (without mask) on picture day to receive a school ID. Pictures do not need to be purchased.
