Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Basketball Team who defeated Madison County 50-42 and HUGE PROPS to Coach Willie Powers who recorded his 500th win last night! Way to go, Lady Wave! Good luck tonight versus Hamilton County!
Congratulations to the middle school boys and girls basketball teams who defeated Williston last night. The boys won 59-34 and the girls won 43-6. Good luck Thursday versus Ruth Rains.
Would you like to help people in our community who are experiencing food insecurity during this challenging time? PK’s National Junior Honor Society invites you to donate food or money to the Bread of the Mighty Food Bank. You can bring canned food such as vegetables, fruit, or soup or boxed food such as rice and pasta to the front office. Or you can donate online with a credit card at breadofthemighty.org This Food Drive lasts until November 18. Please donate if you can to support people in our community who need a little help. Like Oprah Winfrey once said, “Helping others is how we help ourselves.” Thank you to those who have already contributed.
High school art club will me in Mr. Moody’s Zoom room today and every Tuesday at 2:30. Come join us for some social time with others interested in art, sharing our artwork, and a fun challenge from Mr. Moody to be shared the following Tuesday. Hope to see you there!
