The football team will be holding tryouts for place kickers and punters, every Tuesday and Thursday in the month April. Soccer players are greatly encouraged to tryout. If you are interested, please come see Coach

McDonald or send him an email on Canvas. Kicking is a valuable skill set and a great way to be a part of the football team!

Attention JV and Varsity Baseball Team members: today’s bus will be departing at 2:15. You should be changed, have your gear, and be on the bus by 2:15. Teachers, please dismiss JV and Varsity players at 1:45. The list of players was emailed yesterday evening.

REMINDER: slushies will only be sold during the first half of the lunch period in order for you to have time to consume them before heading back to class. For middle school, this means from 11:50-12:05 (Wednesday 12:05-12:20) and high school 12:30-12:45 (Wednesday 12:35-12:50).

NO SLUSHIES should be taken out of the cafeteria area.  We are having issues with them being spilled on furniture, Chromebooks, and other things. Teachers, NO SLUSHIES should be allowed inside ANY classrooms. THIS ALSO APPLIES AT BISCUIT BREAK. Students, if you plan on having a slushy, buy it in time to finish it before you head back to class.  If you continue to violate this rule, we will not be able to sell slushies next year.

The Performing Arts Department here at PKY congratulates middle schooler, Ashlynn Price!  Ashlynn has the honor of being part of the New York Pops 36th Birthday Gala at Carnegie Hall this April 29th.  She was selected through a national audition process. Ashlynn will perform with the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall. Congratulations, Ashlynn and PK Performing Arts!
