For all student athletes:  Free sports physicals will be offered at the UF Health Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute second floor on Saturday April 1st from 8 am to noon.  Remember that sports physicals are good for one year from the time they are administered.  Anyone planning to participate in spring football or any sport next year must have a current physical on file.

Cheerleaders will be selling $1.00 snow-cones on Tuesdays and Thursday’s right after school at the cafeteria all spring. Please come out and support the cheerleading program!

Good Luck to our Baseball Team at Palatka; JV plays at 4:00 pm; Varsity plays at 7:00 pm.

Clubs

The volleyball game organized for this afternoon is cancelled.

Health Smart Campaign

Sports drinks may have fancier advertising campaigns, but water is really all you need to get the fluid necessary to participate in most athletic endeavors.
