March 12, 2020Today is Thursday, March 12th, and it is an A Day.
Students: Senior Project presentations are TODAY, ALL DAY! Please be as quiet as possible in the secondary hallways so you don’t disrupt the seniors’ presentations. They have worked extremely hard on their projects and it is a very special event!
In order to avoid distractions during Senior Project Presentations, bells will be turned off for the remainder of the day, except for the 2:15 final dismissal bell. Teachers, please dismiss students according to the regular bell schedule. Students, you will still be held accountable for being on time to your classes. Pay attention to the time and do not be tardy to class.
There will be a bake sale hosted by the Middle School Environmental Club on Tuesday, March 17th from 2:20-3:00 by the gym. All proceeds will be donated to the Alachua Conservation Trust.
A reminder for all students, faculty, and staff – wash your hands regularly and thoroughly! Use soap and sing Happy Birthday twice before you rinse. Don’t like “Happy Birthday?”, try “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” from the Wizard of Oz, or “My Shot,” from Hamilton.
