You must first buy your decal AND pay $10 to paint.  This can be done in the business office. Your painting design must be approved by Mrs. Koppitch prior to painting. You can send them to her at by Thursday, August 19th.  More information can be found on the Senior corner page on the PK Yonge website, or in your Senior Class Canvas course.

Friday night at 7:00 PM the Blue Wave will kick off its 2021 Football Season.  Wear your Blue Wave gear tomorrow to show your school spirit.  And come out on Friday night to cheer on the team! Go Blue Wave!

Our state legislature just passed a new law requiring K-12 public school students to engage in a daily moment of silence.  This is your moment to reflect on anything you wish.  We recommend that you discuss this with your family to decide how the time should be best spent.  Most importantly, no student can interfere with another student’s participation.  And the teacher will not direct you as to what you should spend the time thinking about.  We will take our one-minute of silence just before we do the Pledge of Allegiance during the morning announcements.  Please see the  LINK under the Announcements tab on the website for full details.  Your family should have received an email about this new requirement on Tuesday evening.  We will begin engaging in this moment of silence on Friday.

And now…

Please stand for the pledge:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Have a great day, Blue Wave!
