Words of Wisdom

Now, the words of wisdom: Each February, we set aside time to observe Black History Month. It gives us an opportunity to celebrate and recognize African-American culture and honor those who have made important contributes to our country and to our world. Poet Maya Angelou wrote “diversity makes for a rich tapestry and we must understand that all the threads are equal in value no matter their color.” Let’s embrace the similarities and differences that make up our American tapestry so we can build a better future together. With something to think about, make it a great day. The choice is yours!
