ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Today is X Day, which means you should be wearing clothes with bones on them, like an x-ray.  Tomorrow is W day, be sure to wear white or a wig!

Health Smart Tip of the DayWalk as often as you can each day! Walk up and down stairs; if you drive, park farther away from your destination; and instead of sitting and talking with friends—walk and talk! Doing this keeps your leg muscles strong for good health.
