January 8, 2018

Good morning, Blue Wave.  Today is Monday, January 8th and today is a B Day!

When we adjusted the lunch and power hour schedule to make up for some of the class time lost during Hurricane Irma, it inadvertently caused a five-minute overlap of middle school and high school lunch.  Therefore, high school lunch is beginning five minutes before middle school lunch ends.  PLEASE make this transition as kind as possible.  Middle school students, please relinquish the tables when you have finished eating so that the high school students have a place to dine.  High school students, please wait patiently until your tables of choice are vacated.  There is plenty of available seating.  There is no need for unkind or rude exchanges related to lunchtime seating. The expectation is for PKY students to treat each other kindly.
