Words of Wisdom

At lunchtime, whom do you sit with — the same friend or group of friends? Are you reluctant to sit with a new group of people because it’s uncomfortable — maybe even a little scary? You aren’t alone. That’s why it’s important to mix things up sometimes, turn that fear into courage, and meet new people.
It was once said that nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.
Most of us have a little social fear in us, but we need to burst through that fear and get to know people we may not otherwise understand. We might find out that we have a lot in common.
So, today, let’s see you mixing it up at lunch. Find a little courage and sit with someone new. You might be surprised and wind up making a new friend.
With something to think about, make it a great day. The choice is yours.
