Words of Wisdom

Yesterday was World Kindness Day. How many negative situations can you think of that would dissolve simply be being kind to one another? Bullying, mean-spirited teasing, hatred, and intolerance would all diminish if we were simply more kind to one another. Writer Henry James once said ‘three things in human life are important. The first is to be kind. The second is to be kind. The third is to be kind.” Take time today to consider how each of us can bring a little more kindness into our world. Ask yourself who – whether someone in your family, at school, or across the globe – needs a little kindness and then, show them some. With something to think about, make it a great day. The choice is yours!
