Announcements, Monday, 11/5

Today is Monday, November 5th and it is a B Day.

Performing Arts Students: Please pick up your Yankee Candle Orders in Dr. Harris’ and Ms Snyder’s rooms.  Your orders are boxed and ready to go!

Picture Retakes will be TOMORROW. Students and staff who have not been photographed should report to the PAC between 7:45 am – 10:00 am. Students will return to class with a time-stamped pass.

Key Club is collecting “trial size” toiletries, personal hygiene items, socks, and gently used coats, sweaters and jackets for Grace Marketplace.  Please drop off all items to either Ms. Andrews or Mr. Lemstrom this week. We appreciate your help.

Hats off to the middle School football team for their district championship win last week. Congratulations to Jake Davis who finished tied for 16th out of 96 people at the State golf tournament along with Katelyn Huber who finished 20th out of 94 people at the State golf tournament. Congratulations also to Laci Herron, Juliette Palechor, and Ian Flores-Rodriguez for placing in the top 15 at the regional cross country meet this past weekend.  All three will be advancing to State competition. High fives to the Varsity Football team for their 57-14 win over Interlachen on Friday night and earning a 9-1 record for the season. They will advance to playoffs this Friday night. Come out and support them on our home field, and Go Blue Wave!

All members of UNICEF High School, please remember that today November, 6th is our school cleanup day right after school.

Varsity Basketball cheerleading tryouts will be TODAY from 3-6pm in K-327 (Mrs. Bainter’s Room).  Please pick-up the tryout packet from the front office, Coach Barrett or cheer Coach Wantanisha Morant.  Packets must be turned in to Coach Barrett’s mailbox by Monday, October 29th at 2:30pm.

High Schoolers in Theatre Class and Vocal Performance Classes and Choirs: Audition sides for the Disney Musical Review are available in Ms Snyder’s and Dr. Harris’ room. Sign ups for audition slots are on the High School Choral Room door.
