Members of the homecoming court, please meet Coach Barrett on Tuesday, October 29th at 2:30pm in the PAC.  This will be your dress rehearsal for High Tide and for the football game on Friday, November 1st.

The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave Marching Band received straight superiors this past Saturday at their Marching Band Music Performance Assessment at Columbia High School. This is the highest possible rating a band can achieve. Way to go Blue Wave Marching Band!

Attention all middle schoolers – Are you interested in joining a club to discuss various topics related to Feminism? Then join us! We’ll get together every Monday after school to share snacks and debate about issues relating to women today. Feminist Club will meet in Mrs. Montgomery’s room (I-110) on Mondays from 2:20-3:00. All Middle Schoolers are welcome! Hope to see you there!

Science Olympiad will not meet on Tuesday, October 29. We will meet again on Thursday, October 31.

Did you know that when pesticides are sprayed on plants to get rid of insects eating the plants, the pesticides also harm good insects that actually pollinate them, like bees and butterflies?  In the Pollinators Club we will educate people about the crisis pollinators and other animals are facing because of herbicides, pesticides, and other human activities. We will also help with the gardens here at P.K. and plant more.  Our second meeting will be TODAY, during middle school lunch in room H121, the 7th grade Language Arts room. In order to come, you must get a lunch pass from Abigail Pruden at the bridge at the beginning of lunch, or use your lunch pass from the last meeting.  All nature lovers welcome!

United Club will meet tomorrow directly after school for games, snacks, and a Bible study in Mrs. Still’s room, room I-112. All are welcome.

There is a P7 Bible Club Meeting in Miss Janicke’s room, L-352, every Tuesday during High School Lunch.

The High School Study Hall will take place in the WEST side of the cafeteria today rather than in the east side.  Please check in on the WEST side of the cafeteria, beginning at 2:15 PM.

Students:
As a reminder, no middle school or high school students should be entering the elementary building following dismissal. Students who are waiting for elementary siblings should wait on the north-end blue benches. Otherwise, students should go directly to the south-end of campus when dismissed from school. Thank you!
