Seniors – you must have 75 hours of community service TURNED IN by April 1st in order to graduate.  Please be aware of the date. Dr. Geiger is willing to give some hours to those of you who would be willing to clean the south parking lot. See her during lunch for more information.

Seniors – please check your canvas course for the Senior Project. Everything is due on March 18th.  If you have questions, please contact Dr. Haas-Moskowitz.

Class-specific t-shirts are on sale until Spring Break.  Shirts are $11.50 and we have a different color for 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders.  We also have a black shirt for everyone that is not grade-specific.  Look for the fliers around school for the website or QR code, or go to this link: https://pkyfundraiser2021.itemorder.com/sale which you can access through the Announcements section of the PK website.

Seniors – please go to the football field at 1 (that’s right at the end of lunch) TODAY to take your senior field picture.  The Lifer picture will take place right after. There are no retakes for these, so please be on time!

Today we will answer a couple more “Because You Asked” questions.

Can you shorten school time? The State of Florida requires that students attend school for a certain number of minutes in order to earn a credit for each course. This helps to determine the length of the school day and how many days of school there will be during a school year, So, no… we cannot shorten school time.
Does each grade fit on one floor? Most of the middle school classes are the second floor, with the exception of electives; the first and third floor are a mixture of high school grade levels.

Please stand for the pledge: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Have a great day, Blue Wave!
