High School Volunteer Hours
Reminder to all PKY high school students- you should be working on and turning in volunteer hours, especially if you are a senior. Seniors need 75 hours to graduate. Please don’t delay in getting them posted.
Girls Soccer
Girls Soccer will be playing at HOME on Friday night at 7pm.
It is Senior Night!! The senior ceremony for the seniors is immediately following the game to celebrate our Senior Girls.
Admission is FREE, and the first 50 students to attend the game will receive a FREE tee-shirt! See you there!
Tennis
Boys JV and Varsity Tennis Tryouts will be Monday, January 15th from 11am-1pm at Jonesville Tennis Center. Anyone trying out must have updated FHSAA Physical paperwork turned in beforehand.
Girls tennis team try-outs will be on Monday, January 15th from 8-10 and Wednesday Jan.17th from 3:30-5:30pm at Westside Park. Please email Coach Franklin with any questions and make sure your FHSAA forms are complete to participate.
Softball
Softball tryouts will be held January 23rd to 25th from 4-6pm.
Baseball
JV and Varsity Baseball tryouts will be on Monday, January 15th from 12:00 – 4:00 PM at the PK Baseball Field. Remember that you must have a current Sports Physical form on file with Coach Flournoy to be eligible to participate. If you have any questions, see Coach Brunson during high school lunch.
BSU
Attention BSU members. Our second annual college tour to Atlanta is scheduled for April 17-19. There are limited spaces available; 20 students who turn in the first $25 installment along with their permission slip will reserve their spot on the trip. Pick up a packet of information from the front office or ask a BSU officer for more information. Permission slips are due along with the first installment on 1/26. The total of the trip is $100.
