Black History Month

Black History Month Fact: Computer scientist Lisa Gelobter assisted with the 1995 creation of Shockwave, essential technology that led to the development of web animation. (So we have her to thank for GIFs.)

Teachers, please look for an email from Dr. Shepherd with important information about today’s BSU assemblies.  The Middle Performance will begin promptly at 10:30.

Congrats to Senior Elinora Melgarejo for being selected as Gainesville Sun’s Student of the Week! 

Congrats Girls Tennis

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Tennis Team on their 4-3 win over Oak Hall last night.  

Congrats Boys Tennis

Congratulations to the boys JV and Varsity tennis teams for wins versus Father Lopez High School last night. Both teams are undefeated in district play so far this season!

Best Buddies

Best Buddies members meet in Mrs. Czyz’s room on Tuesday, Feb. 27th during lunch. We will plan our next Balance 180 Event and the Best Buddies Walk partnered with the UF chapter of Best Buddies

Senior Merch

Senior merch is now available for pre-order until Feb. 23rd! There are t-shirts and hoodies available in 2 colors and 2 designs. There will not be sales after the pre-order. Shirts are $17 and hoodies are $30. See the posters with QR codes, or the link in the student gov or BluePrint Instagram to purchase. Don’t be left out!
