Announcements, Friday 3/29March 29, 2019
Today is Friday, March 29th and it is a 1-6 Day.
All members of Global Awareness Club, we will meet TODAY. We will be meeting to discuss the Global Scholar program and to start planning our Global Celebration Day. Attendance to this meeting is mandatory.
The High School Volleyball Tournament is TODAY during 6th period. Coaches and players are to drop off their bags in Mr. McCrea’s room O-361 at 1:00pm and report to the gym to get ready for the game.
Students who purchased tickets to watch the game, please report to your 6th period class immediately after high school lunch to drop off your backpacks and show your teacher your valid ticket before heading to the gym. Backpacks are not allowed in the gymnasium. When the bell rings at the end of the day, you will need to go back to your 6th period classroom to retrieve your belongings.
Seniors! There are new additions to the Spring scholarship newsletter. Please check it out on the School Counseling Twitter or the School Counseling portion of the website.
The football team will be holding tryouts for place kickers and punters, every Tuesday and Thursday in the month April. Soccer players are greatly encouraged to tryout. If you are interested, please come see Coach
McDonald or send him an email on Canvas. Kicking is a valuable skill set and a great way to be a part of the football team!
REMINDER: slushies will only be sold during the first half of the lunch period in order for you to have time to consume them before heading back to class. For middle school, this means from 11:50-12:05 (Wednesday 12:05-12:20) and high school 12:30-12:45 (Wednesday 12:35-12:50).
NO SLUSHIES should be taken out of the cafeteria area. We are having issues with them being spilled on furniture, chrome books, and other things. Teachers, NO SLUSHIES should be allowed inside ANY classrooms. THIS ALSO APPLIES AT BISCUIT BREAK. Students, if you plan on having a slushy, buy it in time to finish it before you head back to class. If you continue to violate this rule, we will not be able to sell slushies next year.
Outside café line will be closed for lunch today. We will be serving Chicken Poppers and fries on the inside line.Back to Announcements >
